MSP among the finalists of the “Entrepreneur of the Year” competition
The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ programme is considered one of the world’s most prestigious business awards and is held in more than 145 cities and in more than 60 countries worldwide. It is both Denmark and the world’s most acclaimed entrepreneur competition. Among its winners are Michael Dell (Dell Inc.), Jeff Bezos (Amazon.com) and Jeff Weiner (LinkedIn). In Denmark, the first EY Entrepreneur Of The Year prize was awarded in 1997 and the list of Danish winners includes the likes of Jysk A/S, Dyrberg Kern A/S, Pandora Jewelry A/S, Monjasa A/S and Haldor Topsoe.
This year’s regional edition of EY in Copenhagen has given us a reason to celebrate: MovieStarPlanet has qualified among the competition’s five finalists, together with renowned companies such as Illums Bolighus, Sticks’n’Sushi, Lakrids by Johan Bulow and Sitecore. It is a great honor to be included on this list of successful companies, because we all share one common goal (the same one awarded by the EY programme): creating a local and international environment where innovation and creativity can germinate.
As part of the competition, MovieStarPlanet is also participating to become the best startup (companies that are maximum 7 years old) in Denmark at the national EY event on November 27th, so we will come back with more (good) news. In the mean time, we have marked the occasion with some delicious cake:
